As the Founder of e-TxAcc, he is a distinguished Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) (FCA) with over 40 years of experience in Taxation and Assurance services. His career, which spans more than four decades, is marked by a profound wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise, delivered with unmatched proficiency and finesse. He has honed his skills in Income Tax and Assurance Services, successfully completing numerous assignments for medium and large corporations. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in establishing e-TxAcc as a trusted partner for businesses seeking comprehensive compliance and financial solutions.

As Co-Founder of e-TxAcc, Navratan Swami is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with a Diploma in Information System Audits (DISA). Since 2012, Navratan has gained extensive experience in executing a broad range of services. His expertise includes handling GST matters, Income Tax matters, and Assurance Areas. He possesses a wide knowledge of Business Setups and related compliances and has worked extensively in the areas of FEMA and Foreign Direct Investments. At e-TxAcc, Navratan plays a crucial role in delivering expert solutions, with a particular focus on providing exceptional support for Business Setups and ensuring comprehensive service delivery across all areas of expertise.

Balram Swami

Balram Swami is a qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 2018 and become a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He holds certifications in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD), Concurrent Audit (CCA), Internal Audit (CIA), and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC). With professional experience starting from 2014, Balram specializes in Direct Tax, Income Tax Assessments, Service Tax, GST, and Business Setups. His expertise also extends to various Bank Audits, including Statutory, Revenue, Information System, Forensic, and Stock Audits. As a Director at e-TxAcc, Balram plays a crucial role in guiding the firm’s strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
